Welcome to the fourth edition of Galaxy Reality.

The widespread response to the earlier editions of Galaxy Reality have indeed been overwhelming and have spurred us to redouble our efforts in making it an more of worthwhile reference to what the Galaxy Group has on offer.

As we move ahead I see managing change as the centre piece of Galaxy Group’s growth philosophy. Change is inevitable. Change is the process by which the future invades our lives. Rather than scurrying away from change, it makes more sense to meet it head on; to manage it and benefit from it. To understand and manage change it is important that we unlearn before moving ahead. In his book “Rethinking the Future”, Alvin Toffler states ,”The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.” We learn as much as we unlearn. I am sure you will agree that one’s existing knowledge ia a great hindrance to future learning. That brings me to the quest of expanding our horizons. Our model for change is one of non-aggressive inclusion, like the concentric circles that grow by building upon the strengths of its predecessors rather than engulfing them.

Our commitment to Eastern Ahmedabad remains unchanged; in fact with every passing day our love for Naroda is only re-enforced. But this has not prevented us from expanding our frontiers. You will be happy to learn that our “Govind Galaxy Township” at Nagpur is making steady progress. We are hoisting the Galaxy flag at Patan with Radhe Galaxy, a scheme of bungalows. Also coming up are Galaxy Bungalows and Gokul Galaxy 2 at Vadodara and a 3 Star Hotel at Bhatt. In the Western zone we are coming up with an ultra-luxury apartment project, in the heart of Ahmedabad's up-market and posh residential locality – Satellite Road. More schemes are to follow elsewhere in Ahmedabad.

After resounding success of “Nandanbaug” we are now foraying into "Vatrika", which is everything that Nandanbaug was, with added grandeur scale. Located on the banks of the river Vatrak near the Utkanteshwar Mahadev Temple at Dahegam, the project has been designed with the participation of our esteemed associates, the internationally acclaimed ENMARCON and Mr. Lavkumar Jiva Khachar of Jasdan. I am sure that Vatrika shall be the new benchmark for premium bungalows all over India.

To add tempo to our pace we have included continuous participation in property exhibition and shows as a standard policy. In keeping with this, we shall be making a our presence felt strongly at the GIHED property show at Mumbai; in fact, we are one of the co-sponsors.
